Information pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 on the handling and processing of personal data of users consulting the www.ail.it web site

In conformity with Italian Legislative Decree no.196 of 30 June 2003, the following information addresses users of the following web site: www.ail.it of AIL, Associazione Italiana contro le Leucemie-linfomi e mieloma, Italian Association against Leukaemia-Lymphoma and myeloma, ONLUS. This web site can be accessed via telematic means, in the standard procedure starting from the <http://www.ail.it> address which is the homepage of the official AIL web site.
It is hereby noted that this information applies only for the above-mentioned web site and not for other web sites consultable via external links.

Rights of the parties concerned

The parties whose data are handled may at any time request confirmation that their data is being held, be notified of the contents of such data and their origin, verify whether they are accurate or request that they be completed, updated, corrected (art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003).
Pursuant to the same provision of law, the parties may request that the data be erased, demand that they be made anonymous or demand that data held in violation of law be blocked, and such parties may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the data being processed.
